Big Bang - 60K and FINISHED!!!

STICK A FORK IN ME FOR, LO, I AM DONE!!!

It has a beginning, a middle, and an end! Okay, and a few yellow comments to say "possible place to insert moar plz!" But it's all there - everything I wanted in the story and a nice "-fin-" at the end!

Currently, 60,500 words. It'll probably bulk out to about 62,000 once I elaborate on scenes and add in more description or emotion or sensation to the various scenes.

But it's finished! *dies*

And there's the premiere to watch tonight!

It has a beginning a middle and an end. Everything else right now is cosmetics. A plucking of eyebrows and a shaving of legs, a little concealer, powder, lippy...

wow! congratulations! 60K is massive! Mine just barely made the 40K hump! They just posted on how to send your first draft in on the comm, if you're interested.

I still have to think of a title for mine! eep!

Yes, I noticed they'd posted the first draft info. And, I've got a working title for this, but I'm not sure that it's suitable as a final title.

I know! I didn't realize they wouldn't let me change the title at all once I send it in this weekend. Now I am being all anxious and crazy about what to make my title, lol.

Also, since I know you're such a big John/Teyla fan, I thought I'd mention what I noticed yesterday was that canon-wise both John and Teyla seem to dream about each other a lot, lol.

At least in Doppleganger, Teyla dreams about having dinner with John (even if he ends up being evil!bug!john) and in today's premiere *SPOILER COMING UP*













John dreams about having dinner with Teyla. I just found that interesting. I bet someone could maybe write a story about how John's dream was Teyla reaching out for him (the way that Michael/Kanan did to Teyla in her dreams last season)
