MTM: Vancouver people?

Um, Sue, D, Sio? What's the con hotel and what room are we in? I'll be catching the SkyTrain in - do you have any advice on where to get off, any luggage issues, etc.? My flight gets in around 7:30am, so I probably won't get to the hotel until 9am - will you guys still be in, or will you be out and about? Who do I call? (I've screened responses so you can answer with whatever.)

Also, Canada has the same electrical plug outlets as the US, right? Any import restrictions? What's the weather currently like? Windy, sunny, balmy, crisp? And do you want anything from Australia? I'm stocking up on TimTams, but I'm drawing a blank on anything else that we might want. Actually, I could probably snug some nice Australian wine in there, come to think on it. Anyone at MTM up for some Aussie wine?

Yes, Canada has the same electrical outlets as the US. But beware, the temperature drops like 50° when you enter Canada, you know, from 80°F in the US to 27°C in Canada -- that's how they decided where to put the border! And that's One To Grow On. *rainbow*

In my case, it'll jump 10°; we're currently sitting at 16°C here in Sydney, Australia, so I'll be glad of 27°C in Van! :D
