Article about Merlin S3: Scans from SFX Magazine!

Okay, so I know I'm just getting excited about something that will probably disappoint me but, you know, sometimes you gotta get those hopes up.

- Possible Gwen history? For up to three episodes? A brother? A family? A story about her? That she gets to participate in?
- Arthur/Gwen UST? A holding pattern?
- Morgana/Merlin confrontation? Pleeeeease?
- NINJAS IN CAMELOT?

HOOK ME UP!

Also, I am a sheep. A lot of the Merlin people I follow have moved their game to [livejournal.com profile] onceandfutures, and I'm following that rather than [livejournal.com profile] camelot_love these days.

Much as I adore Arthur/Gwen pairing, I still like Lancelot. And I don't think it's fair to essentially say 'no bashing' then permit Lancelot-bashing.

Plus, you know, Santiago Cabreras is hot stuff and Lancelot's a sweetheart (even if, you know, he didn't ask Gwen what she wanted) and if I wanna squee over him, I'd like to be allowed to squee over him (and anything else) without being told that I'm breaking the rules of the comm because it's about A/G, when squeeing about someone who doesn't 'threaten' A/G is perfectly okay (eg. Brave Brave Sir Leon).

I will always always always be A/G, and, you know, while I hate adultery plotlines, I'm perfectly okay with open relationships and threesomes (in fic, that is: I, personally, DO NOT SHARE WELL, OR, INDEED, AT ALL). So, you know, GIMME A GWEN SANDWICH BETWEEN THE WHITEBREAD AND THE WHOLEMEAL, PRONTO! Merlin and Morgana can be the mayo and the mustard or something. OT5.

Yes, I'm being silly. (Threesomes still welcome.)

But, yeah, I'll still post my fic at C_L, but when I play, it's most likely to be somewhere where I can be squeeful about A/G and squeeful about L as well, safely in the company of people who may not agree but won't try to shut me up.

And now I have to post my NCIS ficathon, and write about 10,000 words to my SciFi Big Bang.

Preach it, sistah!

I was browsing through some various older Lancelot legends this past week, and it struck me how well Santiago nailed the character. He is the most true to the older forms of any of them (though he has an advantage that his character is later and has been through fewer permutations). And lord help me, I actually like him this time around. /is helpless in the face of that adorable smile/

I'm carefully shielding my eyes so I can't see your spoilers, but the word NINJAS got through, and now I'm falling over laughing and trying not to write a crack comment fic about ninjas scaling the battlements of Camelot. ARGH!
