I'd like to run a Teyla thing-a-thon, but I'm doubtful if I'd get more than a handful of people signing-up, let alone anyone off my f-list.

Thoughts? Advice? Expressions of interest?

Would it be open to fanworks besides fic? I'd love to participate in one, but I seriously doubt I could write SGA without an extensive rewatch.

Yeah, definitely open: hence the "thing a thon" rather than "ficathon" label.

I have no advice, but I'd definitely participate. I've been dying to write a Teyla fic, lately.

Well, it's looking like I might have to put it back until the new year, perhaps. Mostly because we're coming into 'end of year yuletide ficathon' territory and what with NaNo and everything, it could get pretty busy.

We'll see how it goes...

I know - it does get busy this time of year! This always feels like "writing season" to me, what with NaNo and all. I've never done Yuletide - maybe I'll try it this year.

Yuletide is fun. A little crazy, perhaps, but fun. And it's always a delight and a challenge to write outside the popular fandoms that are all I usually participate in!
