I don't like all portrayals of women on TV - especially the more 'stereotypically female' ones such as in Sex and the City, etc. - but then I don't like all women, either.
However, I'm always up for a greater variety of depictions of women: their options and their choices, their friendships and their interests. There's just not enough societal acceptance of the broad range and types of women that exist, or enough recounting of their stories - and certainly not enough portrayals of them which are driven by female writers.
It's a wide and complex world that we live in, full of complicated and layered women. And although I love them both, I should hate to narrow it solely down to the Olivias and Zivas. They are unabashedly awesome in their jobs, but they hardly represent all females everywhere and I would not necessarily recommend them as role models for personal life and personal interactions.
