I think I'm starting to come down with something. My head has that slightly 'spinny' feeling that you get when a cold is about to hit. The nose is warming up for the marathon, and the last few days I've tired very easily.
Plus, even with two quilts (duvets), and a blanket on top, I still feel a little chilly at nights.
Unfortunately, tonight I have the Veterans' Hockey semi-finals. So there will be running and exertion and, at the end of the night, exhaustion.
I may have to stock up on orange juice for the vitamin C hit, or possibly lemons for hot-honey-lemon-tea.
