THE SCRAP ATTACK QUILT!


Alternatively known as "Nobody Puts Baby In The Corner!"
It's the first quilt I've made without a specific colour or fabric scheme - just whatever I had to hand and what I thought was needed.

It's my first real scrap quilt!

Thanks! I came home from hockey the other night after finishing it that afternoon and was rather surprised to find how much I really liked it!

It's actually not difficult...it just takes a while to do! :)

It's beautiful! I love the pattern and the colors.

They worked out better than I thought they would when I was halfway through making it. I had this moment of, "Oh, why did I choose these fabrics, what was I thinking?" And then the night I finished it, I came home from being out, glanced over at the quilt and realised I really really liked it.

Very, very cool. I was so engaged with the colors that it actually took me a few minutes to realize why it had that alternative name. Pretty unusual, given that I am a highly visual person. I really like it!
