Sometimes it feels like my life never stops. I was out every night last week for something - although hockey comprised three of those nights (two veterans games and training), one was my writing group - and would have been bible study if not the writing group - while the other I brought upon myself by contacting a friend who was between jobs and asking if he wanted to do dinner. We ended up going to the footy and having dinner after, and I got home after midnight.

Then on Saturday, I had a catchup with [livejournal.com profile] anr and a drawing group meetup. And yesterday, I played in all three games of hockey yesterday: goalie for D-grade, field reserve for A-grade, field for B-grade. I was already tired, but at the end of yesterday I was exhausted and sore. Thankfully, there isn't a vets game tonight - we have a bye - and I'm not going to offer to play for anyone else!

Tonight is going to be a nice, quiet night with quilting, a hot bath, a good book, and two kittehs snuggling.

Oh, and work's picking up. I should probably see about finishing that document today...
