I think one of the big barriers in this AU is going to be the fact that the majority of readers aren't going to know jack shit about the world I'm writing in.
Which makes the disjointed nature of the narrative potentially difficult for someone to follow.
Are there any Avengers fans out there with the time to do a quick beta of what I have so far? Ideally, I'd like two: one with experience/knowledge of the Anne Bishop Black Jewels universe, and one without.
