I say throw a spanner in the works and instead of casting Agent Sharon Carter to be Peggy Mk II in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, give Maria Hill a bigger role as your friendly helicarrier antagonist. You can even add in hatefuck vibes if you like. I won't complain!
