I am on the phone to two call centres about the same matter at the same time. One is apparently the delivery centre, the other is the company from which I ordered the item.
Both have had me on hold for the last 10 minutes. The company has already hung up on me once.
What's the bet they both pick up at the same time? And then whichever one I talk to ends up having to direct me to the other where I have to wait another half-hour to hear a human voice rather than muzak or a recorded message?
