I'm contemplating a couple more one-liners, but by and large, the four-month, 30K behemoth that started from the avengerskink prompt asking for fic where Maria Hill has a baby is DONE. Boy has this story ever eaten my brain!

Final count according to MS Word: 29,300. In seven parts. With cuteness and kidnapping and more cuteness.

To celebrate, have a discarded ficbit from "The Seven Habits Of Highly Hungry People", which I haven't yet written. And possibly won't for a while.

"We'll get you into a program. A twelve step program with others like you. 'Hi, my name is James Rhodes and I like pineapple on my pizza.'"

Seated in one of the overlarge lounges that Tony favoured wherever it was he made his home – good for sitting, sprawling, or sleeping on - with an excellent gin and tonic in hand, Rhodey grinned. "You have your anchovies, I'll have my pineapple. To each their own."

"So, remind me, who's paying for the pizzas?"

March is dedicated to 'The Right Hand Knows Not' - the sequel to 'Give A Girl A Moment'. Frankly, if I don't get this out before IM3 comes out, it'll never be done. And if 'And Baby Makes Eight' was a behemoth, then this one is a juggernaut. Only not Cain Marko, because that would be awkward.

I may end up writing more segments of the '30 Day OTP Challenge' which I have all planned out, just no time for.
