(insta-ficlet for any non-Australian who gets that reference without looking it up.)

Friends, forgive me, for I have not been reading any of my friendslists. I kind of got busy in June with the quilt show and my dad visiting, and several exchanges/big bangs due, and all the bingo amnesties requiring completion and posting. I dumped tumblr entirely, and have only just checked LJ and DW flists, so I've missed the highs and lows of the last month. I'm sorry for missing anything important in your life. *hugs*

July has hit and I signed up for Camp NaNo (Nano in July) and three bingos: [community profile] ladiesbingo (here), [livejournal.com profile] trope_bingo (here), and [community profile] kink_bingo (here). If you have suggestions for any of the boxes, any of our fandoms, let me know!

There's the 30 Day OTP to complete (still stuck at 'genderswapped').

There is also The Exchange At [community profile] fic_corner (for all your childhood/YA book ficness) - FAQ | Dates.

And there's the fic of doom, the most-recently written words of which are:
"It was opened without direct authorisation from Fury – a 'private project' of Deputy Director Boyle. It only came to light in 2004 when he died in a car accident. Actually an accident," she added when Rogers arched a brow.

It's at 15,500 words right now, mostly because I spent two weeks trying to write a personal connection scene that refused to be written the way I wanted, and now I've had to put a placeholder in while I go onto the next action sequence (with added personal connection angles).

Knee is healing, work has me mostly benched, and I've realised that I'm never going to watch a movie unless I see it in the cinema, and TV shows will get watched while quilting or not at all. Probably 'not at all' given my current state of mind and show-ness. Quilting is happening, though, so...yay?

Incidentally, if you have a TV series/movie you'd like me to watch, I'm happy to 'chat-watch' it with you – or in a group. I kind of miss the Stargate SG1 group rewatches, they were fun. And snarky. And fun.
