Never sit next to a team lead again. So annoying to be turned to when I'm in the middle of my work and asked a random question to throw me off-course.
Also: people with very fuzzy ideas of what they want done - "oh just go and do it" they so, only to say "that's not what I want" - are extremely annoying to work with.

Welcome to one of the main reasons I left my old work.

Of course, this project was going down the gurgler from the moment I started. We were supposed to have finished the 'drafting up the shape of the project' stage the day I arrived.
Eight months later and some of those project specs still have not been officially signed off. But we're ploughing on anyway...
