"Your loan application has been approved, your documentation will shortly be ready" is not the same as "please make an appointment with your loan manager to sign your documentation."

And so we have 10 days to settlement and have not signed the paperwork for the loan.

We got it sorted out. Eventually. Hopefully they mailed it off to the bank today...
