Stargate Awards

The results for the Stargate Fan Awards are out!

I've spotted at least a couple of names I know. Congrats!

It is a little scary to discover, however, that Telkena is considered the height of Ship Authors in SG1 fandom. It doesn't exactly put one's faith in the award system.

It's never said that popularity=good taste, although it's usually assumed...

Then again, we come from a culture where Paris Hilton is popular.
