I've finished my work for the day. Do I nick off before someone finds some work for me to do and hope that the guy asking questions about the stuff I did last week doesn't come back with a "you need to fix this to be in line with Regulation 1653a, Statue viii" which I will need to fix?

Or do I stick around and risk someone coming up to me and going "are you working on anything? no? Great! You've just be co-opted for [insert project here] for the next three days (which I was totally hoping to have for writing and quilting)?

Also, I might be sent to Tasmania for work at some point. For two days. Which, yay, because [livejournal.com profile] sharim and her hubs and baby are down there and I haven't seen her in, what? Five years? Ten? Yeesh.
