I'm running the prompt challenges (and I'll be running the Fandom Femme-Friendly Meme next Sunday) on LJ, DW, and Tumblr - one prompt a day, and the prompt for the 1st is Origins/Beginnings.

There's also a Fanwork Request Post where you can request that femme-focused work that you've been hoping for FOREVER. (The idea is that the post will remain as a resource for people looking for ideas through the years, not just for the Halfamoon Celebration.)

The AO3 halfamoon collection is open to post fic to, as well!

If nothing else, we'd love promotion from you out to your f-list/dwircles!

If you want a Tumblr entry to reblog: here is my Tumblr promotion.

I shall have to try for ficlets for the Halfamoon challenge, but it's going to be pretty rough. I'm busy this month, and it's a really short month!

(At least the Porn Battle wasn't on. Although I think a PB Amnesty is going up later.)

Looking at my MCU Ladies ficathon entry...uh...I think it's gonna be at least 50K, if not more. If I think about it, I'll panic, which is why this week is going to be a lot of writing.

Also, my first Trope Bingo box is currently 2700 words and I haven't even hit the crisis yet. If it's any less than 4K I'll be surprised.

Deciding whether I should write Watch The Queen Conquer for [livejournal.com profile] heroinebigbang, which is the story of the Pacific Rim universe as told by the women in the backcanon. I'd really like to write another epic Maria fic, but if I get MCU Ladies EPIC done, then I may be all MCU'd out.

I think I'm going to try to push through the block I've had for the last couple of years on Laina. They've got a whole state in which to run (well, really, the whole east coast), and they've been at the start of it for two years. Time to break her and Reece out of the rut they're in. Don't know how I'm going to do it, but it must be done.

This is not even counting the quilting goals I've set for February, which - again - seem epic and too huge for counting. *sigh*

Anyway, February: epic MCU Ladies ficathon, Trope Bingo, and I'd really like to finish the Maria-fic about loyalty.

How are you all going with your writing things?

I've finished my work for the day. Do I nick off before someone finds some work for me to do and hope that the guy asking questions about the stuff I did last week doesn't come back with a "you need to fix this to be in line with Regulation 1653a, Statue viii" which I will need to fix?

Or do I stick around and risk someone coming up to me and going "are you working on anything? no? Great! You've just be co-opted for [insert project here] for the next three days (which I was totally hoping to have for writing and quilting)?

Also, I might be sent to Tasmania for work at some point. For two days. Which, yay, because [livejournal.com profile] sharim and her hubs and baby are down there and I haven't seen her in, what? Five years? Ten? Yeesh.
