There's this person who's bookmarked just about every Steve/Maria fic I've ever written, and tagged it "unread".

I keep seeing that tag attached to my fics, and I'm kind of wondering if they're ever going to read my fic, or just bookmark forever.

I think the 'unread' tag has to be taken off manually, and I know that when I go back and read stuff I don't often remember to do that. So maybe they have read 'em? Or some?

Or you could be haunted.

It might be? IDEK. There's someone on tumblr who said something to the effect of never having read any of my fic, although they like one of the pairings in it.

I just wonder - is it simply a case of "I'll get around to it someday" and "some days never come"?

They do read but no, they pretty much never take the label off. It's their marked for later queue and they read my stuff too.

I don't think I've ever received a kudos or comment from them - which some people don't. But sometimes one wants to know what people liked about it (I love bookmarks with comments) and because of social anxiety, people aren't always forthcoming...
