Well, there's Tony, and depending on the time frame I suppose you could make use of Vision too? As for ladies... hmm. Can't think of any off the top of my head.

Tony and Vision are out. Basically anyone actively involved in Civil War.

Uh... hm. I could see Bobbi having some knowledge about it? I mean, we don't see it, they have Skye for that, but I'd buy she'd be capable of it, kinda in a way similar to Natasha.

Pepper, possibly? Or Rhodey? Darcy Lewis, but I'm not sure if that's canon or fanon.

I don't think Pepper would have hacking skills. Excellent management skills, and a basic understanding of where, when, why, and how, but she'd know when to stand back and say, "I have no idea what you're doing, but I'm giving you the authority to do it."

Rhodey, same deal.

Darcy would have some hacking skills, but I'm looking at a level of political/corporate skill that really requires a passion level akin to Skye's or a professional level akin to Natasha's.
