If you're crossposting tumblr to DW (or LJ) I'm going to be unsubscribing from your DW. I'm on this platform for discussions, fic, and interactions, not for weird formatting due to transposition from a largely visual social media to a largely textual one.
I will follow people on tumblr, though, so if you let me know your tumblr, I'll watch that instead.
Note: I reblog stuff, not just like it. ('Liking' always seems kind of pissweak to me; as in "I like this post, but I don't like it enough to back it up with my name, or I lack the ovaries to state it out loud.") If I think something is good, I reblog it and tag it so I can (hopefully) find it again.

I had to previously take someone off my viewing list someone on LJ. They'd crosspost twenty or more Tumblr posts, and it just threw everything out. But then putting them on any list was tricksy because then you had all those crossposts...
(I had another friend whom I unfollowed because all that her journal did for a year was collective twitter statuses; that's not what I'm here for...)
Personally, I don't think these journalling services are particularly compatible with Tumblr.
