American 'Christianity' Has Failed
If Christians refuse to help and actually use their political advocacy and opinions to further hurt refugees, immigrants, women, foreigners, minorities, the poor, the oppressed, the persecuted, the sick, the LGBTQ community — and aren’t abiding by the golden rule of loving their neighbors as themselves, then who exactly are Christians supposedly loving?
Also: How Do Christians Today Deny or Trample On Christ?
It's good to find more Christians speaking up - doubtless these ones were always speaking up and I only just found them. But yeah.

A Christian Feminist and not fitting in with either group.
I feel this, very strongly. I get it levelled at me a lot more because I'm a single woman, but I know there's at least one woman in my church who feels the tension between the two - she was a minister at her previous church, before she came to the one we attend now, which is Anglican and doesn't allow women to be ordained. I suspect there are quite a few married women in my church who would understand the blending of uplift and shame in both groups.
