It's been a week of doing more off-line than online.
Hockey's started up, social things are getting back into the swing, and there's all manner of things to get involved in.
There's the NoMuslimBan march tomorrow in Martin Place for I need to make a pussy-hat, or else a pussy-hat flag. I'm not sure I have the energy to make either right now...
There's the End 12 movement, which is pushing for the decriminalisation of abortion in NSW (it's already been decriminalised in Victoria and SA).
And there's a project from Milkwood.net, an Australian permaculture/homesteading site, about making a Feral Fruit Map of my locality. I've noticed more than one lilly pilly hedge within a few streets of mine, although I'm not sure how the neighbours at #1 would like people collecting the passionfruit off the vine on the fence between their property and the park at the end of the street...
Oh, and quilting. The race is on to get two quilts sufficiently completed to the point where I can submit photos of the tops and say "this is what I've got planned, and this is what I've done so far".

It's a design and pattern by Alyssa Lichner of Pile O'Fabric, although hers is in light colours.
The second quilt is one of my own design, and is currently going by the name "Break Free Or Build Upon?"

Less dramatic (certainly at this point) but it's going to get a little more exciting further along the process...
