I don't think I've ever gotten a job quite this fast. Send resume in Monday. Interview Wednesday. Job offer on Thursday. Start on Tuesday!

Contract is initially for six weeks, but if I do a decent job, then the project goes to the end of the year and the remuneration is good.

And now the panic button. I have SO MANY THINGS TO DO before I start working full time again! And I have to fit them neatly into the next four days...

Congratulations! I've never reconciled myself to that feeling when you go from stressedly unemployed to employed, that tiny ridiculous resentment that you're losing all that time you had to do shit in. And you berate yourself for not being more organised but hello, perhaps a bit depressed and anxious due to unemployment, self, give us a break!!

Anyway, great news and all the best for a great workplace that decides you're even more awesome than they first thought.
