With two assignments and a pinch hit to get done in the next week, none of which are even close to completed, along with both the Porn Battle community (pbam) and the Fan Flashworks community (fan_flashworks) running amnesty weeks, it may not have been the wisest time to subscribe to Netflix.

But I do have Miss Fisher Murder Mysteries, Sense8, and a number of movies lined up for watching...

Miss Fisher is awesome. That reminds me, I need to finish the first season.

I have at least one friend who's been trying to get me into it for a couple of years now. She came down to Australia for a visit, and took me along to the clothing exhibition in Melbourne, along with a speakeasy night at the old-style jail in the city, and a high tea at one of the houses where they shot the first episode.

And I laughed at the first meeting between Phryne and Jack - his expressions at their meeting are utterly priceless.

Miss Fisher is pretty great. Sense8 is one of the many shows I've been wanting to check out.
