geeky homemade letter

Dear maker,

This is going to be a pretty short letter, all in all, just a few elaborations on my sign-up.

I love practical things. Something I can use, not just something to look at is perfect – bags, boxes, scarves, etc.

I’m not officially allergic to wool, but I have noticed that my skin feels rashy after a couple of days of wearing wool yarn (or even merino knits). So probably avoid wool in fabrics/skeins for things that are to be worn.

My favourite colours are the ‘cool’ colors, or even cool tones of warmer colours. Jewel tones, absolutely, with black or white backgrounds.

Please don’t feel you need to add ‘extras’ into the package – what I’d much rather receive with your package is a letter or postcard. It can be about you, your processes, about something local/historical that you think might interest me, the anthropological or cultural history of your region, or just something that you like/enjoy/think is odd/weird/of note.
