Someone is asking abotu $500 worth of chain link fencing that I am selling for $250. And all they will say is "address pls" and when I asked how they were paying, they said "cash".
No, I will not give you the address until you've given me a time that you're going to be by. Also, the fencing is actually out in the front yard, unsecured, so what's to stop you from rocking up and just taking it without paying me? Especially since you're not exactly forthcoming on any details.

It's just that people don't have any manners. Like the person who 'offered' to take the fencing "off your hands for $150". No. Sorry, NOPE. I will give you the address either once I've had a chance to chain the fencing to the tree, or once you've paid me the money, at which point come and collect it.
