I was looking back through my 'feedback' emails, and found the point at which AO3 stopped sending individual kudos emails and started collecting them together. And then found the point at which they started sending them as HTML and not just plain text.

It's...kind of fascinating.

Also, a reminder that there was a time when I didn't get that many kudos. When a half-dozen kudos was a big thing.

I can write quite a lot when I have the idea in my head and the time to write, and I guess I've had a lot of time over the last seven years...

I subscribe to everything I bookmark, whether or not it is complete. Because sometimes lighting strikes and the author writes a sequel or something or gets inspired to add to a story they had abandoned. (I wish AO3 sent emails when a story you subscribe to was made part of a series.)
