Oh, yum. I've never attempted any fruit-based recipes (aside from easy stuff like strawberry shortcake), but you are definitely tempting me.

I bought a dozen punnets of strawbs the other day for $7 - some were going a touch off, so they were super cheap.

I then spent a couple of hours hulling and chopping them and freezing them. They're not very tasty, but they'd probably make a good coulis or preserve or something. :)
