I'm not convinced it works. Or maybe it works too well. I sleep well but feel a little groggy after taking it.

I think Indian Borage tea actually gives me headaches rather than stopping them.

Foot is a lot better, although still occasionally itchy. I, on the other hand, am feeling quite shattered and scattered today.

Oh, that's frustrating. I hate waking up groggy, and fortunately the meds I take at night, though they make me drowsy enough to go to sleep, do not leave me groggy in the morning.

I take an anti-anxiety med that will make me very drowsy. Great stuff, because it keeps me from waking up with panic attacks at 3 am. (I used to call it the 3 am Heebie Jeebies.) My doc suggested a small dosage (I take either 1/4 or 1/2 a 2 mg tablet), and it worked like a fucking charm.

Sometimes there really is better living through chemistry.

Would you object to taking it every night, and just letting it be a routine? That small a dose would only making you drowsy and ease any anxiety problems you were having.
