Forgot that my usual 7-8pm PT session was at 11am.
Went for a jog at 7:30, had a coffee around 8am, breakfast around 9:30.
10:45am, my pre-appointment warning beeps. OH DAMN.
Anyway, did my PT session with a mild case of reflux (lots of burping; this happens when I eat too close to exercising), then actually did some static stretches after. I don't feel awful, although I could certainly do with a little something to eat. But I might go for a walk around the block around sunset. There's a couple of half-finished builds in the neighbourhood I haven't kept track of the last six months and it's weird seeing how much they've done (or not done, as the case may go).
In the meantime, I feel mildly redundant at work; the other guy who does the prgoramming stuff seems to get to it all far sooner than I ever manage to see the emails. Is he hovering over the inbox just waiting to snatch things up? IDEK.
