I would love to go to Amsterdam. I think we're going to pass through Portland this year - anything you would go back to do in Portland if you just had 2 hours?

Ooh, I would do an architectural tour! There were so many fascinating bits and pieces of architecture in the city that I wanted to know about. Styles and designs and town planning and tidbits of history...

Obviously, this is very specifically a "me" thing, and I would not expect anyone else to think an architectural tour would be fun!
