Hmm, I've never actually seen David Hewlett in anything other than SGA/SG-1, so I have no idea. But that is an interesting question...

I'm sitting in a hotel room, watching the movie with several friends and we're all periodically bursting into mad laughter.

Having seen him in a few scenes in Cube, and in A Dog's Breakfast, I can only say that he plays the same type of character in both them and SGA/SG1.

He's not as neurotic in Cube, or from what I remember of it. I've not seen anything else of his though. I SHOULD... I see'em floating around online from time to time and go "hey, that looks interesting" but always forget about it. =/

He's good at the neurotic characters though. Heh.

I had NO idea who Ryan's aunt was played by... until like five minutes later. I was like "HOLY CRAP WTF!" Hah. Good movie though, eh?

So...you've never seen "Cube" then? Or you have and now three points make a line?

Yeah, I saw Cube last year. The character was more on the overly-sarcastic side of things, but the nurosis was there...

I had more entertainment with Hypercube and staring at the crazy guy, trying to work out why he was vaguely familiar. Geraint Wyn Davies does insane so very well...

A little too OTT for me. But, yes, entertaining the once.

The instant Ryan's aunt began to speak, my brain went *crack-tinkle-tinkle* Because it was Carson. As a woman. With a falsetto. o.O

For some reason, I've managed to avoid watching any other movies with the SGA crowd in it - DH is the only one whose movies I seem to keep catching. (Admittedly, it's mostly due to Alli.)
