SUMMARY: Daniel can only watch as Sam dies in Atlantis.

saeva in a long-ago genficathon. The request was for Daniel in Atlantis, and Evil Ancients. I never completed it. (Sorry, saeva!) It was intended as part of a sequel to my story 'Breaking The Siege', which was written during the hiatus between Season One and Season Two, and took the solution to The Siege in a somewhat different direction.
If you choose to read on, then keep this in mind! On the whole, I probably shouldn't post this since it's a forever-WIP, but 3,500 words that are just sitting around? Who knows - maybe someone else will be able to do something with it?
