Arrived in Sydney late, thx to weather and late departure. Raining. A breakdown on the Eastern Distributor, heading north.
At work: 10:45am.
90 minutes later: My head feels like it's floating a little. Or possibly a lot. My body doesn't seem to be entirely certain which way is up; it's what I imagine being in variable gravity feels like...
( meet the man )
Apparently the hockey team lost on the weekend - our first and last lost, and to the team that we drew before. I think we might have been borrowing players off other teams, though, which might help account for it. And one of our best players - an inner/half player - was out with a hamstring injury two weeks ago, so she might not be able to play. I hope she can.
We'll see how we get through the evening: hockey training from 7pm, then a work meeting from 9pm to 10pm. I really need to get some sleep.
Nearly the end of the day. Nearly.
