Saw a physio this PM.
Basically, the internal cushioning pads around my knee (bursa) have gotten inflamed, and it's causing discomfort.
It should recover with rest and without further aggravation of the joint. Which means icing it. And rest. Lots of rest. And no hockey. :(
I'm working from home tomorrow, and seeing the physio again on Thursday. She taped the kneecap up, so it's not causing pain at least, and I can walk, but still...rest.
...I'm not good at resting because I need to.
