I've been falling pretty fast asleep during 'naps' on the weekend.
As in, I lie down on the floor to play with the cats for fifteen minutes after lunch, and then I wake up and it's 4pm.
It's kind of disconcerting; and possibly suggests I need to get to bed earlier. Ugh. I'm just really really bad at getting to bed before midnight. But I think I'm going to need more sleep because my body is clearly deciding that a nap is in order on weekends and I don't really have the time!
And then, even if I get to bed early, my body is clearly used to, oh, five-and-a-bit hours of sleep because then I wake up an hour or two before my alarm is due to go off...
Maybe it's just summer and the fact that it's been so damn hot this last week.
