Why is it that the air conditioner in any given building is always too cold? I know it's 30C out, but inside, it can't be more than 19C...

Hainan (the white chicken) has finally started laying eggs again, longish white ones. After about 10 days during which they stopped production, Honey has gotten back into the swing of things, although yesterday we got one from Hainan, but not Honey, so that's new...

I planted out more corn seedlings last night, but I'm not sure how it'll survive this week - we've got a heatwave coming - days of 30C, heading for 40C, and it's going to be mildly hellish. I just hope B1 doesn't do anything stupid with the chickens to try to cool them off...
