ladyjax's LJ, but never really realised what The People of Colour SF Carnival was before. It's pretty much a round-up of posts about race and racism, conversations on, discussions about, arguments regarding, and sometimes shit-being-dumped-on People Of Colour in Science Fiction and specifically in Sci Fi fandom.
Had a skim, going in for a deeper look later. Don't think I'll sub this edition, but maybe another time.
