I'd say the layout is good. I like how Teyla's fingers are coming through Rodney's legs.
Foreshortening. . . an extremely hard thing to master. I always turn to photo references. I suggest you do the same. If you can't find a photo, then look in the mirror and do the pose, or get a friend/family member to model for you. I remember you mentioned before that you used references.
The angle of Teyla's neck into her right shoulder needs to be at at a more distinct 90 degree angle. And I think there needs to be more of Rodney's right arm/elbow showing behind his hand, because even though it's farther back, it looks too small.

I think it would be a lot easier if you just made Teyla's arm a bit longer rather than trying to foreshorten it when you don't really have to.
