You know, I don't mind that things are changing with the team - in some ways, I rather like it; what I mind is the sense that Teyla Isn't Important to the team in fanon or in canon. Which I'm seeing more and more in the episodes of Season Five, and in the writings of the fandom. Understandable, perhaps, given Season Five; regrettable from the perspective of someone who loves the Team, and loves Teyla.
