However, on Book Depository, it's already listing as 'Out Of Stock'. Is it possible that they could have run out already?

Oh, they'll order more! I think that it might be that they ordered less than they had pre-ordered, which would explain why they're out of stock.

And, yeah, I'm waiting on this book too! *is impatient*
