Shalla's Dad is SO PLAYED BY SAMUEL L JACKSON BECAUSE HE JUST IS)! Piggy and his maths! Kel and Tyria and Runt and Dia and oh so many others! DONOS. MYN DONOS.

Someone even suggested the pitch for it: "Leverage, in Starfighters". *sporfles*

I had the pleasure of attending a workshop with Aaron Allston and Michael A Stackpole at DragonCon 2009! They were great.

Interestingly, while I prefer the Wraith Squadron series to Rogue Squadron, I preferred Stackpole's presentation and advice over Allston, who I found a little scattered.

I think I attended one other panel at that convention - I was too focused on the workshop. (And it was a really great workshop!)

My most treasured posession (book wise, at least) is my copy of I, Jedi which a friend got Michael Stackpole to sign for me. But he signed it from Corran ♥

Trufax: Had my daughter been born a boy, her middle name was going to be Corran. As it is, her first name is Mara :)
