Yes! Yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes. Although I'm big on the R/Hr dynamic in HP, but not so much on the McKay/Weir side of things in Atlantis.

I have to say, I don't tend to write Weir with anyone except Ronon these days, but I did a McKay/Weir-ish story last year called Expansive for the McKay/Weir ficathon.
And I think Teyla is to me what Elizabeth is to you: I can ship Teyla with almost anyone in Atlantis.
