So many people who will bite your head off if you dare to voice a single negative opinion about a character's actions (as compared to throwing out a character wholesale and shutting, deadbolting, and welding the door closed behind them - that I object to), 'tis not funny.
Truly told, I can think of occurrences through the show where I've wanted to slap all the characters for stupidity. I can also think of occurrences through the show where I've wanted to hug and squeeze and pet the characters for something well-done or cuteness or adorability.
In the end? I still like the characters. All of them. Faults and all. When they're good, they're very, very good; even if when they're bad, they can be incredibly stupid.
I guess it never ceases to amaze me how close-minded fans can be on a medium that prides itself on being open-minded about everything.
