So, when I sleep on my right side, my tooth hums and buzzes all day.
When I sleep on my left side, it feels almost normal (except when I chew).
So, experimental this weekend: sleeping on the left side or on my back when I can't do left side anymore. (I usually toss and turn in bed.) See whether the tooth gets any better when it's not being pressured, or if it's just biding it's time... :(

Wednesday night = sleep on RHS, buzzy and achey all Thursday
Thursday night = sleep on LHS, not too bad Friday
Friday night = sleep on LHS, seems okay this morning
It seems to be doing okay? So I'm hoping that letting it 'settle' might give it a chance to heal and then I can go back to tossing and turning... :)
