Storm warnings all along the east coast, from southern QLD to northern VIC. I guess this is making up for the extremly mild and dry May that we had? Sudden cold front, plus RAIN for the next week, and maybe there'll be an ark or two somewhere in the mix?

The concern isn't that it's a big storm, the concern is that it's a big storm on pretty much a 1400km front - 850 miles for the Yanks - the length of the NSW coast.

At any rate, it's gonna be a mighty wet night. (Boy am I glad we had the laundry roof fixed back in March.)

I kind of wish I'd planted some seedlings before all this rain started. Then again, they'd probably just get washed away... Hopefully this rain will suitably drench the tranplanted avocado that's not doing too well right now... :(
