- something ridiculous
- something sweet
- something hot

Anyone got ideas to toss my way?

For ridiculous: toy dinosaurs from the Natural History Museum

For sweet: I could see Maria being fond of horses/riding, so like a trail ride on the beach or something

I can only ever think about Wash from Firefly with toy dinosaurs anymore. Which...hmmm...

Hm. You've got me thinking about the kinds of gifts that one would give a woman like Maria, and thinking of something that she would never think to get herself would probably class as 'sweet'. At least to everyone else who saw the gift. Which could definitely work!

I've done a few sex scenes for this series already, I was considering something to do with actual heat, hot weather, burning buildings, etc...
