I really like being able to just duck in to the gym, run for 10 minutes, cycle for 5, stretch, do some squats, whatever, and then leave. My previous issue with gyms was that I went for the classes and they never had classes when I was available or could get there, and it was just difficult. This one is 24 hours, so it's anytime I can be bothered to get some trainers on and do stuff.

The personal training is okay - I'm not a fan of PT sessions, but even one a week has helped my general fitness, my metabolism, and my body tone.

Along with the quick jogs (which are way easier to do when out of Sydney humidity) and the PT, it's really good to have access to anything that I feel like working at on the day - chest or shoulders or core strength or something.
