Frankly, my enjoyment of these two pairings is more or less getting to the point where, if anyone writes a Shep/Teyla, Liz/Ronon story that I like, I'm gonna rec it.

Oh how funny...I didn't even see this until I'd already replied to your other post. *sheepish grin* I'm actually thinking of rewriting my story to incorporate more of the actual content of the episode when I finally see it, because IMO the "he cares about you more than you know" line was the thing "with the same purpose" that I predicted in the story would be in the episode. I'm rarely wrong, I've discovered, when I say a 'ship I like *isn't* going to happen. ;-)
